want to place a background images for hard drives,pendrives like this....
instructions:-
1.Open your drive
2.select a image and Copy a picture in the drive and rename it as test.jpg
3.Right click and create a new Text file, open it
Paste this code:

4.Save the file as desktop.ini
how to save the code file as desktop.ini :- once you finished the coding on notepad go to file-->save as-->then you'll see a save window. In that windows 'save as type' -->all files and name it desktop.ini
next hide the image and desktop.ini files by using properties of the files
note:- this trick can work only for windows xp and vistha
